WISDAA is a small, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Items sold on this store are intended to raise awareness of WISDAA’s programs and the students who participate in them.
Transaction Fees
Each order is assessed a transaction fee reflecting what our merchant payment processor (Stripe) charges us each time they run a credit card or bank account electronic funds transfer (ACH). These are displayed on each product page, in transparency to help customers understand pricing impacts before making a purchase.
Shipping
All items are domestically shipped from our office in La Crosse, Wisconsin – or direct from WISDAA’s vendors – to addresses in the United States of America only, using United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class or Priority Mail options, selected by the customer upon check-out.
As a small organization, the staffperson who process store orders is part-time, and some items may require lead-time from vendors. If you have a question about shipping timeframe ahead of your purchase, please contact us.
Returns & Refunds
Should you not be satisfied with an order, please contact us within 30 days of purchase with your order number, and we will work with you on a resolution, up to and including return of item(s) and refund of payment for the retail price of those items; however, shipping and bank merchant payment processing fees assessed for credit card or electronic bank funds transfer (ACH) are non-refundable.
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds: items purchased on sale, or consumable items.
